Sales Representatives and Merchandisers can have visibility of current loads for which they are responsible through LoadLink©.
Because LoadLink© can be accessed via any type of web-enabled device including personal computers, laptops, PDAs and web-enabled cellular phones, your Sales Staff and Merchandisers can stay updated on their loads wherever they are.
The LoadLink© screens are laid out in an easy-to-use format. The home screen has a menu, a contact information section and a table displaying your active loads.

The Load Details screen displays the last reported location of the load, the load ID, Origin, Carrier, Load Status, Truck Status and Dispatch Agent.
The Pickups section of the screen displays the pickup location and date & time of the pickup.
The Dropoffs section displays the dates, times and locations of the load’s scheduled deliveries. You may also view the number of miles from the previous delivery to the next.
Use the Search function to search for specific loads by Pick Up or Drop-Off Date, Load ID, Reference Number or Store Name. You can also view and print Proofs of Delivery for your loads.
