LoadLink^© is a powerful collaboration tool that runs in real-time on laptops, PDAs and even on cell phones. With role-based user management, you control who can access what information.

LoadLink^© can be accessed via any type of web-enabled device including personal computers, laptops, PDAs and web-enabled cellular phones.

Your customers will be impressed as they track and trace their own shipments, view online PODs and search with ease for any of their orders at any time. LoadLink^© means 24/7 total visibility.

The LoadLink^© screens are laid out in an easy-to-use format. The home screen has a menu, a contact information section and a table displaying your active loads.

The Load Details screen displays the last reported location of the load, the load ID, Origin, Carrier, Load Status, Truck Status and Dispatch Agent.

The Pickups section of the screen displays the pickup location and date & time of the pickup.

The Dropoffs section displays the dates, times and locations of the load’s scheduled deliveries. You may also view the number of miles from the previous delivery to the next.

Use the Search function to search for specific loads by Pick Up or Drop-Off Date, Load ID, Reference Number or Store Name. You can also view and print Proofs of Delivery for your loads.
