LoadLink© access gives carriers visibility to current loads to which they are assigned. Carriers can accept or decline loads that have been tendered to them by Interstate Transport, view and print confirmations and set delivery appointments.
LoadLink© can be accessed via any type of web-enabled device including personal computers, laptops, PDAs and web-enabled cellular phones.
The LoadLink© screens are laid out in an easy-to-use format. The home screen has a menu, a contact information section and a table displaying your active loads.
Viewing the details of your active loads is just a click away…
The Load Details screen displays the last reported location of the load, the load ID, Origin, Carrier, Load Status, Truck Status and Dispatch Agent.
The Pickups section of the screen displays the pickup location and date & time of the pickup.
The Dropoffs section displays the dates, times and locations of the load’s scheduled deliveries. You may also view the number of miles from the previous delivery to the next.
Use the Search function to search for specific loads by Pick Up or Drop-Off Date, Load ID, Reference Number or Store Name. You can also view and print Proofs of Delivery for your loads.
Accept or decline tendered loads with the click of a button. Record your Check Calls in LoadLink© which will automatically update the load’s status and location in InMotion Global TMS™ for you.
Easily record a delivery with a user-friendly calendar and clock pop-ups. The delivery information will automatically be uploaded into InMotion Global TMS™ for you so that other users may view the information. Delivery Confirmations can then be viewed, printed, e-mailed or faxed - - just click a button and you’re done.
